- Base Fee - is the fee charged per payroll run.
- Per Employee/Check fee - additional charge for each employee/check paid per pay period.
- Direct Deposit Per-Check fee (optional) - per-check fee charged for each employee/check paid via direct deposit.
- Year-End W-2's - includes the cost of postage/mailing directly to each employee by the end of January of each year.
- Mailing and/or Delivery Charges - there is no charge for mailing, e-mailing, or faxing payroll and/or payroll reports to any one location.
- New Hire Reporting - is a mandatory reporting requirement in New York, as well as in a number of other states.

Note - some additional fees may apply, depending upon your particular payroll needs and/or situation.  These additional fees are not included in the above payroll service fee chart.
